How to Order
Step 1: Browse our range
You can explore our seed catalogue right here on our website. To find species suited to your project, region, or research purpose, you can either:
1. Use the search function in the top menu,
2. Navigate through growth-form categories, or
3. Browse our full seed list and filter to your specifications
If you have a question, contact our team for help with species selection, provenance advice, or availability.
Step 2: Add to cart
Once you’ve found the seed you need, select your quantity and add it to your cart. You can continue browsing or head straight to checkout at any time. If a species is out of stock, or you have ordered more than our stock on hand, you won’t be able to add the product to your cart. Either order a smaller amount or register for in-stock notifications.
Step 3: Checkout and payment
Complete your order securely through our online checkout. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Step 4: Dispatch and delivery
Your seed will be carefully packaged and shipped Australia wide. Check your email for processing updates. See below for postage costs and delivery timeframes.
How do I set up a customer account?
If you would like the option to save your details, view previous orders, receive notification of back in stock items and create a wish list we recommend setting up a login.
If you work for a business or organisation, to enable all of your orders to be linked to your account, please select one main contact email for login.
Please note the following instructions for setting up a delivery address that is different from your billing address:
From the Address Book section enter your billing address first in the required fields then save. You can then add a delivery address by clicking add new address and select ‘Use as my default shipping address’ to save. If you have multiple sites you can continue to add more address entries.
Delivery address can be selected at checkout from any of your saved options, you can also add a new one.
How do I create a wish list?
To create a wish list you will need a customer account. To add items, click on the heart symbol which relates to the species you are interested in. You can view, edit or add items to an order from your wish list.
To access your Wish List, log in, and navigate to the heart symbol on the top right near the cart.
What if an item is Out of Stock?
If an item is out of stock you have the option to subscribe to a back in stock notification on the product page. Click on the "Notify me when this product is in stock" and enter your email address. If you are logged in simply click on the link. Please note there is no guarantee if or when we will be able to restock.

Backorders
If a product you desire is out of stock – submit your email on the product page to subscribe to back-in-stock notifications. Please also feel free to reach out to our team on seed@nindethana.net.au for more information.
Shipping
Your seed is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched from our seed hubs to ensure it reaches you safely and ready for use.

Bulky Orders
Larger or irregular parcels may require custom packaging or courier delivery. We will confirm these costs before dispatch.
International Orders
Nindethana does not ship outside of Australia.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 5 business days once payment is received. During peak periods, please allow additional time.
Track your delivery
When your order is shipped you will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number(s). Online account holders can also view their tracking numbers under 'Order Shipments'.
Returns
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. However, as seed is a living product, variations in germination or establishment may occur due to factors outside our control.
If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return or refund
- Email us at seed@nindethana.net.au with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will assess your request and advise next steps, including whether a return, replacement, or credit applies.
Please note:
- Returns cannot be accepted for change of mind once seed has been dispatched.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Ordering and fulfilment process
You will receive an email notification when your order has been received.
We will then notify you when payment has been finalised, plus provide the tracking number and your invoice when shipped. Please note if you have ordered products from multiple warehouses, you will receive a separate tracking number and invoice for each.
If you have a login account, you can also access a copy of your invoice from the My Orders section by selecting View Order, Invoices and download attachment.
If there are any issues with fulfilling your order, we will get in touch to arrange alternatives for processing and payment if available.
Please note we have a minimum order amount of $50.00 excl. shipping and GST.
